Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual (French/English) Nurse Practitioner! We’re seeking a passionate individual to contribute their expertise. As part of our multidisciplinary crew, you’ll play a key role in facilitating virtual telehealth appointments and delivering comprehensive, collaborative care with a special focus on female hormonal health in midlife. Successful Candidate Skills:

  • Educated, experienced, and enthusiastic about women’s midlife health.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written French and English.

  • Skillful in accurate diagnosis and the creation of personalized treatment plans, specifically focusing on women’s midlife health, including hormone therapy.
  • Possesses a thorough grasp of midlife complementary care, covering nutrition, supplementation, mental health support, exercise, and lifestyle approaches.
  • Has 3-5 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner.
  • Excels in patient care, establishing rapport, and building trust.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, thriving independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective in communication, possessing strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Embodies initiative, brings empathy, positivity, and a fun spirit to the workplace.
  • Aware of North American Menopause Society clinical guidelines and standards for menopause practice.
  • Multiprovincial licensing is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized virtual assessments, providing comprehensive healthcare measures, diagnoses, education, and self-care techniques tailored to individuals seeking general, specialized, or complex care.
  • Utilize expertise in establishing suitable menopause treatment interventions, considering clients’ unique needs, medical history, and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate referrals to external healthcare, mental health, and community resources when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in an electronic medical records system.
  • Actively engage in team and client meetings, serving as a supportive advocate and mentor as needed.
  • Embrace change and actively generate creative ideas and improvements.

Work Location:

Welcome to our remote team! The ideal candidate should have dependable Wi-Fi, a dedicated office space for a quiet and private work environment, and the necessary equipment to excel in the role.

  • While based in Ontario, our clients span the entire nation. Flexibility to cater to clients from coast to coast is essential.
  • Embrace a part-time commitment of around 20 hours per week in this hourly role.
